“Not traditional hotel. Cozy and stylish one. 10 minutes walk to Clake/ Lake CTA station which directly go to airport. A pretty good choice for medium priced accommodation in a high living cost city like Chicago. ”

“Classical, traditional and old fashion style. The location is great and service is awesome. The hotel offer one bottle of water, then you can refill water for needs. They also give a free drink as a gift that makes customer feel so sweet. The room space is good for 2 people, and there are some pineapple decorations looks so cute. Although some devices are old but everything is great in here. Definitely a good place when visit Chicago next time.”

“The hotel location is ok,but the room is very small and old. There is no coffee machine in the room, even don't have a bottle of water. The girl at the front desk is arrogant. 3-night hotel experience is not good.”

“Clean, safe property, fantastic location. It took nearly an hour to retrieve our vehicle from valet parking after checkout despite being told to allow 10 minutes. This greatly impacted our plans after checkout. Hotel itself was great.”
