“Our room was all one open room, not like the picture that shows a kitchenette. Everything was clean and updated, but the area was bad and a sketchy people hanging around. There was a person above us stomping and slamming things around, so I didn't sleep at all. Turned out that the manager called police and paramedics because they were concerned about their mental health. They did not offer us a discount for the inconvenience and lack of sleep either.
