"We chose this hotel because we wanted a clean and safe place with free shuttle service near the CID airport. The room was fine except that the bathroom needs towel racks and hooks. The breakfast was basic but fine. I recommend this hotel."

"Only problem was check-in. Front office was vacant with 2 conflicting instructions on how to contact someone via phone. Unsure if either method worked as audio level was so low as to be unheard. Someone did show up though so something worked. Other than that, all was just find."
