“Customer service was horrible, front desk girl rude and clueless, people kept going into my room even with the Do Not Fisturb sign on it, and everytime I got the cleaning lady vacumed, cleaning lady this or that, and every other day I had to get keys done again and again. When talked to them about it ALWAYS got the I know iknow bullcrap but still kept doing it.”

“The front desk asked us to call hotel.com to solve some system problems for them. It was your job not us, we were just guests! I stood at the front desk for almost 30 mins doing nothing Just because its problem in the hotel! ”

“Overall we liked the property, courteous staff and clean rooms. What we didn't like is that the bed had a crunchy plastic type mattress protector on it which both my husband and I sweat from during the night so we didn't get the best night's sleep. That's our only complaint. We haven't experienced this before at other Fairfield's or at other hotels so thought it was odd. It was like the cover you put on a child's bed in case their diaper leaks thru. That was our only complaint. Other then that,……
