“room dirty and tv did not work, breakfast was not given when I went to the Ramada as the front desk person had directed and no place to leave key so I left in the room . No one up at 6 am and doors locked ”

“The hotel room is large and clean, with a microwave and small pantry and cutlery. However the bathtub is a bit small comparatively. The hair dryer needs to be requested from the office but the opening hour is until 10pm so it will be a bit troublesome if you arrive later than that. Also you may be hearing noises from nearby rooms so consider if you are sensitive to noises during your sleep.”

“Reserved room wasn't on the first floor as requested, all amenities such as pool and hot tub were unavailable, towels in suite were WET, the room wasn't prepared for our reservation and arrival at all.
Very Very unimpressed and will not recommend this establishment.”
