"Great hotel, very nice clean beautiful good bar restaurant safe easy to shop my only complaint was the charge for parking 50-60? A night. When I booked on hotels.com I thought it was included. Hotel is pricey you would think parking would be included or less"

"I personally enjoyed it. I only had minimal contact with the hotel staff , but everyone was nice. I slept really well and had one of the best meals I ever had at Maggianos Little Italy Restaurant. When you combine them I would have no problem giving the experience a 4.7 stars. There was an incident with what i can only assume was a passer thru when I first arrived , but I have no reason to believe or lay fault on the hotel."

"parking is not included, fair warning. valet for your car overnight is $60 a night (park in the garage across the street, it’s half as expensive). valet drivers are push and a little rude. they tried to take my keys from me while i was unloading my luggage and got mad when i wouldn’t hand them over even when i didn’t want to valet my car. hotel is decent and clean. a nice pool area and coffee shop on the third floor. one of the elevators didn’t work which caused traffic sometimes, but we were there for a music festival so that is to be expected"
