“Room needed microwave”

“Checking in was smooth but then to get wristbands need to talk with concierge and the try to sell you extra deals, watch a video etc. this was unexpected but guess the property need to promote and make money of coarse. “VERY HAPPY! WAS ORIGINALLY RESERVED FOR 3RD FLOOR, DUE TO RESTRICTION OF CLIMBING STAIRS, THEY WERE ABLE TO IMMEDIATELY SWITCH MY ROOM ON THE FIRST FLOOR AND IT ENDED UP BEING AN UPGRADE SUITE WITH 2 BEDROOMS, FULL KITCHENETTE, ETC. AT NO COST!! IF I COME BACK THIS IS WHERE I WILL STAY!! THE STAFF WAS EXTREMELY HELPFUL!! HIGHLY RECOMMENDED!!! LOVE THIS PLACE!! IT MADE MY FIRST VISIT TO NASHVILLE UNFORGETTABLE!! THANK YOU SO MUCH”
