"The hotel is under remodel, which is not listed in the booking information. With the construction, there was only one elevator available during the day, and the laundry facilities werent accessible. The room wasn't the cleanest, I found old luggage tags and trash under the beds while searching for something i dropped. The shower did not get hot unless a toilet was flushed in another room. And the toilet would run occasionally. That being said, they did offer daily housekeeping and luggage storage. The staff was always courteous and helpful. The location is near an accessible subway station."

"Clean room, comfortable beds, and lovely smiling cleaning staff. Not a great welcome in the reception, like the last time i stayed here when the lady was wonderful. Not an above and beyond service place this time. Reception lady not answering the phones, or being very friendly."

"They did not allow early check-in, but there was a bug in the room. The clothes iron was not clean. The night staff was not very helpful when they took my IDs and room key at night. "

"Hotel receptionists allocated me a room that was already occupied by someone else. Embarrassing and wasting time to solve the problem. Two successive receptionists blamed the occupant rather than taking responsibility for knowing the status of their rooms. The bath had some sort of silver discs floating out of the plug hole. Didn’t feel like an experience worth the price, or a standard of service becoming of the price. "

"There was no coffee pot, mini fridge or microwave option in our room. When we requested additional towels, we were charged for this service and I was not aware of these fees. Hotel room was ok but outdated, bathroom was entirely too small. "
