“House fit our needs”

“This is our go-to place to stay when we visit Mankato. The rooms have always been clean, the price is decent, and it gives us what we need. It’s not fancy, but we don’t need fancy. If you’re looking for a big upscale room, a pool, and a bunch of extras, this probably isn’t the place for you. You can certainly get those things at other hotels in town, but you’re also going to pay more for them. We sleep well here. The breakfast is modest but has some decent choices. “The loud noise of the heater when operating is very annoying. It’s a walking distance to MNSU. ”

“Staff was very helpful and friendly. The only issue we had was the handicap room we were given was not very handicap friendly. The bed was very tall, difficult to climb up into when you need a walker to walk and steady yourself. Doors are very heavy, mom needed help to open them. The toilet was very low and difficult for her to get up off it. She was not able to shower as the shower was in a tub, don’t know many true handicapped people who can step over the tub into the shower.”
