“This is a new property so everything is in great condition. Staff were friendly and helpful. There is limit snack items available onsite, but many dining options within a short distance (1-2 miles). Our only issues were: (1) Bathroom light auto-on-motion. It was rather jarring in the middle of the night. There needs to be an option for “no light” (or instructions on how to disable). (2) The AC worked great, however the fan was rather loud. We wear earplugs so it wasn’t a problem.”

“My office is in Salem and this is our go to place when I have to be onsite for more than a day. This time was disappointing. The parking lot was being resurfaced and the signage was not great. Plus, a notice would have been nice. The front desk person wasn't very friendly this time at check in. Plus, maintenance on the pool during the day was confusing since it was hard to tell if we could access the gym. It wasn't the best stay this time.”

“It was a modern hotel, but the location was super noisy, a lot of homeless and the beds were rock hard! Definitely didn’t get a good night sleep any of the nights we stayed.”
