"Great, quaint location close to Rockport and Gloucester. Nice rooms and the kids loved the pool. Continental breakfast was also nice!"

"My stay was for one night as we were visiting Hampton Beach to see a concert at the Casino Ballroom. The staff at check-in were wonderful and helpful, and the room rate VERY reasonable. Our room was fine -- clean, the bathroom was perfect, and the bed was comfortable for me -- neither my sister or our friend complained. It would also be really helpful to have printed materials in the rooms with information about the hotel, local eateries in the area, and a TV station guide. One big thing we needed upon arrival was a restroom since we couldn't check in right away, but there's none at this hotel's lobby. We were directed to the cafe next door -- a very nice little place!! The parking garage was slightly tricky -- we weren't able to figure out how to access the upper level of the garage, but were able to easily park on the ground level, thank goodness! The outdoor parking lot looks awful -- way too small for the vehicles most people have these days. Even having to drive through it to the indoor lot made me a little nervous. My sister and I will be back in October for another night's stay for another concert at the Casino! "
"I stayed at this hotel for a business trip. Just one night. The Staff was friendly and the place was clean. I liked the option that there is a restaurant and bar at this location. Convenient for me as after a long day of work, I don't want to drive around looking for a place to have a meal and a cocktail."

"What a great little find. Lovely team, clean with surprisingly elegant touches. Very comfy beds. Lots of outdoor spots to sit and pleasant room balconies. We did not have time for the pool but looked well maintained.
A stone toss from Portsmouth hub. "

"I love staying at Hampton Portwalk. It is convenient to restaurants and stores. The staff is always friendly and helpful. I appreciate that I could purchase a bottle of wine to take to my room. A nice bonus to not have to go in search of a store upon arriving after a 65 mile bicycle ride. I highly recommend this hotel."

"Excellent hotel with private beach access! Maintained well and great for photos. Room is a little small but good for sleeping in the quiet neighborhood."

"Property was clean and well kept. Breakfast was above average and there were plenty of dining options within 5 minutes drive. Downtown Portsmouth was a 10 minute drive."
