“Horrible stay at DoubleTree Boston Downtown with 4 critical issues: 1. Waited over 1.5 hours for a room starting at 6 PM check-in 2. Loud bar noise at 2:30 AM left me completely sleepless 3. No toothbrushes provided; app request ignored, staff only rushed checkout 4. My key card was deactivated BEFORE checkout, elevator blocked—had to walk up 6 flights of stairs Terrible service, zero comfort, overpriced and not recommended at all.”
