“The fact that is was next to strawberry bank and precott park were reasons to s t ay there. We attended a play and a concert at Prescott park. It is also a close walk to market square”

“Quaint hotel, and conveniently located to the downtown area as well as historical sites. Staff was helpful and courteous along with an easy check-in and check out process. Several places throughout the hotel to quietly read a book or sit and have conversation with other guests or those you were traveling with. Daily included breakfasts consisted of a variety of items such as yogurt, berries, variety of fruit, overnight oats, daily charcuterie board, and other breakfast staples such as hard……

“The parking was a challenge in Portsmouth. Valet only and they ran out of spots at night.”

“Excellent hotel! Breakfast is good. They even provide light dinner for free! Room is big with kitchen! Must stay next time! Parking is an issue, but I travel with a residence friend here. It is not an issue to me.”

“The establishment is older but its very clean and that's more important to us. The room and bathroom were exceptionally clean. It's cute and quaint and has a nice breakfast. The pool area and gazebo are nice places to relax. The laundry room was convenient. The staff was attentive. We spent some time at the 3 story Kittery Outpost (think REI/Bass Pro on steroids), which was nearby (as well as other designer outlet stores). We also visited Cascade Falls and Cape Elzabeth. We would stay again! :)”

“Bar staff not the most attentive. Ordered sandwiches after a long ride and 20 minutes later when I went to pick them up, the order was never given to the cook. Bar staff was not going to say anything until I saw her entering in the order and called her out on it”
