“I checked in as the recent fire raged a block away. Power had been cut in the surrounding area so any formal check-in could not be accomplished. The staff merely handed me a room key and requested I stop by the desk after power was restored, and at my convenience. My formal check-in was completed hours later. As always, my room was clean, the shower is fantastic, and the hospitality is kind & pleasant.”

“Excellent and systematic. We went on Christmas day in the evening. We did not meet anyone from the team by the check in process was so smooth and silent. It was very impressive.”
