This ground floor (walk-up) apartment features a private bedroom and semi-private sleeping loft, each with a queen bed. The apartment is in the heart of some of San Diego's most exciting new and established restaurants. The kitchen is also fully stocked if you'd rather prepare a meal at home

Inside, the home is bright, modern, clean, and professionally decorated and furnished. It offers one full, private bedroom, and a semi-private sleeping loft with another queen bed. The living room's accordion doors open fully to let all of the great San Diego weather in.
At the corner of the building is the famous Moe Coffee serving amazing coffee just a few steps away. We're also within easy walking distance to a major grocery store.
Other things to note
Cleaning - We are thoroughly cleaning through this global pandemic. Every door handle is wiped down. Every dish is run through the dishwasher. Every linen is bleached.
Parking - There's a lot of free street parking around but it can get pretty busy. There's also a parking garage 3 blocks away where you can park overnight for $10. Holidays may have different pricing.
TV and internet — Televisions are equipped with Roku so you can log into your personal Amazon, Netflix, and Hulu accounts. Free WiFi is available in the home. (The televisions are not connected to traditional cable.)
Ladder - a ladder is required to access the sleeping loft. Please be careful with kids on the ladder.
Security Cameras — For your safety and ours, there are surveillance cameras outside of the Airbnb and around our house. There NO cameras inside of the Airbnb. Your privacy, safety, and comfort is our #1 concern. The cameras protect both of us in case of something bad happening.
No Smoking - Smoking is not allowed anywhere on the premises. An additional cleaning fee of $100 may be charged for cigarette butts found on the property
No Parties - Parties without prior written permission are not welcome here. Please spare our environment. A $100 cleaning fee will be charged for any confetti found.
Rental Agreement - A separate rental agreement will be emailed to you upon booking. None of the terms therein alter any of the terms of your booking through AirBnB. The rental agreement is a requirement from our insurance.
