“We had a great stay at the West House overall. Good location if you want to be able to walk around San Ignacio (probably the nicest hotel in that area). The reason for the mixed review is that we had something “go missing” from our room during our stay. Every night there was a full choir singing very loudly until 9pm at night The one night they were singing nursery rhymes, for no reason.
