We really enjoyed the Midas. The pool, bar and dining was really nice. I would recommend the hotel and there’s a grocery store in walking distance.

Cassia Hills has been around a long time and is a lovely property. Lounging by the pool was great, staff brought us fresh coconuts. In fact, the staff really MADE our stay. While I did not utilize the pool, the room was clean and comfortable. The mountain and trees were beautiful. Everything was perfect to me.

Terrys place is an amazing place to stay in San Ignacio. We were a family of 7 and had plenty of space for everyone. The pool was great. The Resort had everything we needed so we didn’t really get to visit much of San Ignacio, though we did a great chocolate making class there.
Great affordable base for the solo traveler!!
Rio on Pools & Big Rock Falls are beautiful.
Close to Xunantunich, which is the second largest man made structure in Belize. 360 views of Belize & Guatemala.
There are a couple of one-way bridges in and out of San Ignacio. Look for the small turn off signs to get to San Ignacio (its across the river from Santa Elena, which is one the main highway).
