"Nice and comfortable rooms, great service, terrific breakfast, fast wifi. The property itself is rather dated and looks like it hasn't been renovated since the 90s. The windows are just two sliding glass panes that don't actually close all the way. While the hotel is located on a relatively quiet street, the flimsy windows mean there is still a good amount of car noise."

"This is my second time at Encore, hotel is very clean, great location, vip perks are always a plus (room upgrade, welcome drinks). The staff was super accommodating, they even packed a breakfast lunchbag for us because we were checking out early. The only thing I did not like, my boyfriend requested an ice bucket and he was told that have to charge him for it. Odd but true, other than that everything was awesome."

"It is a wonderful, little, boutique property. The staff is extremely friendly and go the extra kilometer in regards to service. From the point of check-in, to checking out, I had a great stay. Maykol, and the rest of the staff are amazing. They made my stay extremely memorable. It's really nice to be on a first name basis with almost everyone in the hotel by the time you check out. The room I had was very nice sized and very comfortable all around. I was on a higher floor, I had a nice sofa...
