“The facility is cute. Love the Bali vibes is has going and the staff is friendly and accommodating. The regular rooms are tiny, I had to request an upgrade because it felt claustrophobic and my luggage alone didn’t fit in the standard room I brought 2 carry-ons and one check in bag for 2 people. There’s no closet to hang your clothes or dresser in the standard rooms. When I upgraded to the studio it came with a dresser and was slightly bigger. The TV wasn’t working and had a noise complaint……

“My stay was amazing but the only issues were the hot water which did not get hot until the day before it was time to leave and also I paid for king size bed but was offered a barely queen size. Those were my only issues other than that we had a good time would stay here again…”

“This hotel was perfect… smacked in the middle of Old San Juan… it was a breeze getting to restaurants and bars on foot. Lovey staff that were very responsive. The room was also very clean and came with the usual amenities. If you can, book a balcony room, the view is amazing! We visited the roof top restaurant twice, loved the drinks and the food. ”

“Very clean room, staff were very friendly, the pool looked great but never got in, had plans to other places. Cold rooms my only complaint the microwave. You had to walk down to the front to heat up anything.”

“Upon first seeing the hotel, you noticed that they need some outside repairs.But once you get inside, it is beautiful. Our room was nice and spacious.It was cleaned every day.The amenities were great and the proximity to the beach, even better. I would definitely stay here again”

“I particularly enjoyed the spaciousness of our room and the comfort of our bed. Now, it was a very large bed, and don't get me wrong, I'm a taller individual and it still took me 5 years to get to my girl on the other side of the bed. And I mean I had to crawl for ages. Thoroughly enjoyed spending some quiet time on the rooftop. There were enough amenities in walking distance, which is what I expected when staying here. It was a good stay and I recommend it.”
