“The house was spacious and the lake is beautiful and clean. Lots of fridge space. Very nice swimming water. I wish the beach in front of the house was cleaned out so you could swim directly from the sand but you could avoid the water grass and lily pads by jumping off the dock. Appreciated the kayaks. It was a hot weekend and more beach shade would have been nice so maybe bring an umbrella. Sitting on the deck was very pleasant. The neighbors were very friendly. “Hotel was Excellent and definitely will stay here again!! Breakfast was very good especially the pancakes and love the self made machine. Room was very good only bad thing is temperature couldn’t regulate between keeping it cool and warm. Went above and beyond for your fur babies and made you feel like they were part of your family and very accommodating to our stay. Close to everything and so very helpful insisting with any questions we had. Pool open till 11pm and gym 24/7 definite plus.”

“My sisters and I enjoyed the historical Winter Inn and will definitely be back. The staff was VERY accommodating and friendly. The room, though small, was clean and cute. The downstairs tavern was unique and quite large, and the outdoor patio was charming. We only ate small bites at the restaurant, which was typical "bar food," but again, not really enough to give the food a full review. Our waitress was so very, very nice and we enjoyed our time as a family at the Inn.”

“It was a nice clean and new facility. We did have issues with their fancy TV. 85 and 87 year-old people do not know how to do some of those things involving black magic. Our big issue was the fact that Expedia never updated our reservation. I originally registered for the wrong date. The hotel could not change it because they said the reservation was made by Expedia. I knew nothing about Expedia. I thought I was dealing with the hotel. I paid the extra $103 to have them change my overnight date……
