“blankets were dirty & bathroom had hair in it, but the breakfast was good and the night staff was nice ”

“Not the fanciest, but very comforable, Staff was exceptional. Late check-in past 1am, good beds, quiet. Would recommend. ”

“The three beds were comfortable and spacious. However, only the side with one bed had a TV, so my kids, who were on the side with two beds, had no TV. There was also a broken charger stuck in a power outlet, which felt unsafe, and the bathroom didn’t feel very clean. Overall, decent stay, but these issues need attention.”

“This hotel is always immaculate. Staff is always friendly and helpful. Lots of dining options right in the hotel. Centrally located, but just far enough away from the plaza area of downtown to be away from crowd noise. We purchased one of the mid tier suites, but were upgraded to a balcony suite. Staff didn’t know this, but we were celebrating a birthday, so that was a nice little gift. All the times we have stayed, the staff has always made us feel like a truly valued guest. ”

“Sunday night rate was under $80. Great location. Clean grounds, facilities and room. Staff was efficient and friendly. Breakfast is free and good. Quiet though busy. It is our go to hotel when passing through Boise.”

“Walk in the bed wasn’t made well looks like somebody just got done sleeping on it. Door is framed all out of place. Shower didn’t work that great. Everything was just poorly. The only good part was the bed. ”
