This gorgeous southwestern home has been given a luxurious contemporary makeover that takes full advantage of its ample natural light and living space. The incredible location makes it easy to explore Santa Fe’s most popular neighborhoods on foot.

LIVING AREA
The comfortable living room furnishings face the TV on one side, and a large and romantic kiva fireplace on the other. The den is located between the kitchen and patio, and features a sleeper sofa for an additional guest. An indoor balcony hosts a home office with a view of the living space.

KITCHEN AND DINING
The kitchen is equipped with luxury stainless steel appliances, a large farmhouse sink, sleek modern countertops, and under-cabinet lighting.

BED AND BATH
