In need of urgent renovation
Hotel in need of a full renovation. The TV never worked in the first room, so they moved me to a new one, but this one had a problem with a leak in the sink which flooded the entire bathroom. They managed to solve the problem at the end.

The property was cleaned and well-maintained. The room I had the first night, was on the second floor. There was a lot of noise coming from the street. Fortunately, I had originally requested, through my reservation, a quiet room. Therefore, the next day I was switched to a room on a higher floor and away from the noise. On the minus side, the hotel charges taxes to foreigners. I found this quite unpleasant, since I was not charge such a property tax in other hotel in Santiago.
