“Very clean and modern room with beautiful views and great staff”

“A pousada é simples, não há tv no quarto ou na área comum. A vista do meu quarto era incrível, o que foi o ponto alto da estadia. O anfitrião só aparece na hora do check in, depois para qql suporte a comunicação foi via WhatsApp. Até o check out me informei por ali e se eu não tivesse perguntado ninguém teria me informado dos procedimentos, que eram deixar a chave no quarto e sair, não há ninguém que recebe. O café da manhã não tem variedade que justifique o valor de 35,00 na minha opinião( pão……

“Great location and clean room… but all in all poor value for money. Amenities are meh and the property is quite old… I had multiple misunderstandings with the staff… laundry service I had to pay 60usd for a few t-shirts because they understood Express, also needed and extra night (after 7 nights booked) and they only offered me a room at double what I paid…. Staff did not care about the laundry misunderstanding and just charged me.. for that price, very unprofessional and unfriendly. Not coming……

“Breakfast was great”

“The executive suite was very large and the view of copacabana beach and sugarloaf mountain was beautiful. The only issues we had was one toilet did not work for our entire stay and we had issues with our blinds. There were also lots of stains on the carpet and furniture. Some of the furniture was not in great condition, but overall the room looked generally nice. The staff were generally friendly. There was an incident while we stayed where multiple guests got trapped in one of the elevators……

“Th service was really great at this boutique hotel! The breakfast was delicious every morning, the locations was amazing, beach front but in a calmer part of Copacabana, not in the middle of the action. It was nice to go outdoors but then come home to a more peaceful corner of the neighborhood at night. There were a lot of cute restaurants nearby. The only downside is the our room was very small, but I guess that’s expected with a boutique hotel. The pool and gym were also small but they worked.……

“I loved this hotel. Modern and well located. I wish I had stayed here instead, it's much calmer and safer than Copacabana and it was fun to walk 20 min and take a ferry over to the city. The beaches outside of the hotel were just as nice though. The breakfast was amazing with so many options. The view from the pool was unbeatable and the steam room was an unexpected bonus. Not a ton of restaurant options right near the hotel. ”

“Super breakfast, lots of different choices from the buffet, long time period for breakfast. Super clean, nice room. Super friendly staff, helping with everything one needs.”
