“All Perfect, 100% recommended! Nice location as well.”

“Bad service, book 3 days, after one day need I register again, and the servicer couldn’t understand my word. Bad bad bad hotel, never go again”

“This hotel is a scam, I checked with the manager to confirm that I would get a refund for checking out early, but I didn't. Don't trust them!!!”

“Excellent customer service. The room was comfy, cool, and spacious. Awesome rooftop pool with bar. The breakfast was large with a variety of cold and hot options, pastries, fruit, and fresh juices. Right off the beach with included beach chairs and umbrella. Highly recommend!”

“Bad room service with constant noise of dripping water even after repetitive claims. Stopped suddenly at the restaurant for not paying the breakfast which I have never heard about an extra fee for that. What a poor hotel!”

“An amazing location but the hotel itself is quite basic - especially the pool is very small and run down compared to the Expedia photos. Quite expensive for what it is but I guess that’s Rio!”

“The Atlantis hotel is in need of renovation, as it looks very outdated. Breakfast was decent, but nothing special. The male staff members at the reception were consistently unfriendly and unwelcoming. The hotel needs staff who genuinely understand the importance of hospitality and guest service, which was clearly lacking during my stay. Finally, the hotel is significantly overpriced for the quality of its facilities and the level of service it provides.”

“best location in the beach, but need renovation”

“The Hotel is a trendy hotel and close to Copacabana and Ipanema beaches. The room is clean though the washroom is relatively small. The food at the restaurant was good and we tried 2 nights there. Breakfast was betting than I expected. The staff were very helpful. We left at 4:20am to there Airport and they had prepared the breakfast and coffee for us to take away. ”
