科巴卡巴纳 4 星级酒店, $63 起

“1. Room had a bad smell. 2. There were still dust and white debris on the floor when I checked in. 3. Couldn't make a reservation for the massage as advertised.”

“Disappointing experience. The hotel is old and looks different from the photos online. The lobby is small, and there is hardly any seating while waiting for the airport transfer. The staff were unhelpful, cant even heat up the outside delivery food using microwave. The rooftop pool is also very small.”

“Great location, Great Staff, amazing view from room top floor balcony. Easy access to the beach across the street and the hotel partnership with vendor at the beach the provide free chair and umbrella”

“Did not like the fact that I sent an email explaining that my flight was cancel 18 hours prior to schedule arrival to the hotel. However, I was still charge for that day and was told to take it up with the airline. Upon entering the room it was not service. The bathroom was not cleaning, the soap dishes and commode were dirty. The green blanket on the bed was also dirty. However, my second night in the room the blanket was removed and replace with a clean one.”

“This place exceeded my expectations. I would certainly stay there again. I would definitely recommend.”
