“My overall experience at this hotel was okay. However, I would consider it more a strong 3-star property rather than a 5-star property. During my stay, I encountered an issue involving housekeeping removing a personal belonging. I was able to provide clear evidence to support my claim. Initially, my concern was not handled impartially, as there appeared to be a tendency to side with the housekeeping staff. However, upon reviewing the evidence, the team made efforts to address the matter and……

“Muy bonita vista a la playa, excelente ubicación. Buena atención del personal, habitación limpia, desayuno bien. Los elevadores tardan mucho, pero si no llevas prisa todo bien.”

“I loved the room view . The breakfast offered was fantastic as well !! As an issue to work on would be the late check out policies . It is said that you pay 50%for a late check out ( until 6pm) which I was willing to do , but even showing the fare published in the hotel site to calculate half of it , they came out with a higher fare in their system and charged me 20% more than I thought I would pay . The lady hotel manager did not have a clear explanation about it , but paying what she said……

“房間不大，但整體舒適，有附上兩雙拖鞋。價位偏高，附近不是很容易到達也並非很安全，因臨近貧民窟。但飯店很獨立，有自己的花園，泳池。內部附設的餐廳和酒吧都有一定水準。”

“Location was magnificent, but we kept on having issues with the hot water. And even though the host did send someone to check it out and got fixed only 3 out of us 5 were able to shower with hot water. By the time the last 2 went in to take a bath the water was cold again. We were leaving the next day so we didnt wanna bother the host and we just did what we could. Sucks we werent able to shower before leaving to the airport the day of check out. And even though it says it could sleep 6 its only……
