“THE HOTEL RULES ARE QUITE TOUGH. IF ONE ARRIVES BEFORE CHECK IN TIME @ 14:00 ONE CAN NOT USE THE POOL UPSTAIRS. EARLY CHECK IN COSTS 600 REAIS (£86.00 approx). RIP OFF! I ASKKED TO LEAVE ONLY 30 MINUTES LATER AFTER CHECK OUT TIME AND WAS REFUSED. NOT TO MENTIONED THAT I HAD STAYED THERE PREVIOUSLY AND NOW I HAD STAYED LESS THAN 24:00HRS. I HAD ALSO PAID MORE FOR THE ROOM BUT THE MATTRESS WAS VERY OLD. NEVERTHELESS, THE STAFF ARE EXTREMELY HELPFUL AND POLITE. THE LOCATION IS FANTASTIC. I WOULD……

“The staff were very friendly and accommodating as we arrived well before our check in time. They secured our luggage and let us use a common area to change and spend some time outside the hotel until the rooms were ready. The breakfast was better than expected, the rooms are small and beds a little hard. The elevators are also extremely slow and small for the size of the hotel. I would definitely stay here again based on location and price. ”
