“The room was not clean upon arrival. They're was hair in there tub, floor unvacuumed. The microwave was dirty as well as the stove. My granddaughter stepped on a piece of glass, cutting it. “Hotel was very sketchy. Very dated but clean enough. My issue was with a maintenance issue we had. Our shower was leaking heavily on the floor so we informed them and asked for more towels. They asked to come into the room to inspect while we were away, and we obliged. When we returned to the room late that evening, we found our door wide open and no towels left in the room at all, not even a hand towel.
