"The house was beautiful and perfect for a small group. We spent most of our time on the back deck taking in the amazing views! The neighborhood also has several good local restaurants just steps away, and of course, everything that Newport has to offer is close by. "The property consists of two rental units but this fact is not obvious from the pictures on the website. We did not get the rooftop deck with a view of the harbor. That belongs to the other unit. The sewer pipes are enclosed in the paper-thin walls of the first floor bedroom of our unit so every time someone flushes the toilet, uses the sink, takes a shower, you can hear water flowing through the pipes followed by loud clanging sound. Along with the loud music, people talking, chairs scraping...
