"Kathy was a pleasure to deal with from booking through the entire stay. She could not have been more accommodating, she called to let us know there was a problem with her freezer door but had purchased an awesome counter top ice maker so we had more ice than you could ever use during our stay. We will be back to Newport and will stay here again for sure. Everything is exactly as described and Kathy is a great host!"

"We just needed a place to stay after attending a social gathering. It was either, this the Motel 6 or some really expensive places. This was about what I used to expect for $59.99, but the room was clean, the bed was comfortable enough and the location was convenient. Just don't expect anything extra, like ice. The machines are tucked behind the office and don't look like they have worked in a while."

"Our stay was outstanding! We would love to return! Among our best family vacations. We spent most of our time outdoors - kayaking, swimming, enjoying the view from the Adirondack chairs, dining on the deck. Beautiful views. Great proximity to Jamestown and Newport. Home was equipped with fishing rods, soccer/football/beach/basketballs, frisbees - tons of activities for the kids and grandchildren. Last evening we brought back steamed lobsters from the Lobster Shack in Newport which were the best lobsters we ever had. Perfection."
