It was a lovely old Victorian with a pleasant garden area, although somewhat cluttered. We didn't get to sit out since we were there only one night and wanted to see the riverfront area and parks in old town. Owners were very hospitable and pointed out the house & amenities--e.g., wine open to enjoy, coffee, tea, homebaked snacks. Bathroom lovely and updated--w/tub-shower. Comfy bed--very high--glad for footstool! On busy street--traffic noise was pretty steady. It is a hefty walk down to the river area, but near the DOT free bus. Breakfast was lovely and prepared perfectly. An enjoyable stay.
