“The stay itself was the best part of our trip. It was super quiet besides the neighbors across the street on our second night had a loud party till about 10 which wasnt bad. It was a little unclear that this was a shared house/apartment and only found out about that after reading reviews. Everything was clean, refreshing and was a perfect little cozy place to stay while in Seattle. The neighborhood itself was a little sketchy at moments and the fear of my car getting broken into was real.……

“Wonderful location within walking distance of MANY destinations. Clean and cozy room to stay in, quiet and safe place to stay. We enjoyed the week, especially being able to easily walk to everything we needed within 20 minutes.”

“Great location in walking distance to a lot of popular tourist areas- we would walk to the monorail station at the Space Needle with our kids and take it to Pike Market. Great weekend stay before our cruise, laundry (stackable) was a plus and convenience store across the street for waters and such. Restaurants all around, as well. Loved it. ”

“This is a great property. Really neat location. ”

“The condo was very nice. Had everything needed to have an enjoyable stay. Was noisy during the day but expected to be since it is in the middle of downtown. I really liked how secure the courtyard felt. It was very pretty. The parking was fine. The only thing is upon check in having to park out front not knowing if you would get towed while doing so. ”

“We were in town for a few Mariners games and stayed here for three nights. The apartment is a 10-15 min easy walk to the stadiums. The neighborhood is a little sketchy at night, but we had no issues. The apartment displays its old historic ambience, with a cozy comfortable feel. All necessary amenities and furnishings are provided. Both beds were very comfortable and gave us a great night‘s rest. We were there Mon-Thurs and experienced no late night noise from the nightclub below. Overall, we……
