This isn’t the property’s fault at all but the bins and skips were emptied on the street outside from 4:30am on Friday morning for over 90 minutes so that was the end of sleep for the night. The flat I had was nice. Not modern but that’s part of the charm. Lovely high ceilings. Great location for my morning Yarra River run.

Beautiful hotel. The rooms feels peaceful and serene, modern and with great amenities. The staff are amazing, very welcoming and accommodating. The location is great overlooking the river, across from the DFO and with easy access to trams. The rooms are very quiet, the bed is lovely and comfortable. There is events happening quite often in the restaurant etc that guests are invited to join. Fresh free fruit at the arrival door for you to grab when you’re heading out for the day. This time I had a treatment at the spa which was so relaxing. It was our second time staying here and we will definitely return. Cannot recommend the hotel enough.

Room was very small for the price point. Expected larger more comfortable rooms for the deluxe King diva room. King bed and the shower was excellent however. Rooms lacked toiletries. In attempt to be sustainable risks feeling cheap and stingy. Steam room, sauna and pool was great. Staff were mixed. A few were helpful but most felt unhappy in their jobs - like they didn't want to be there. Felt like they were being made to stick to a script Bar staffing is a problem, maybe lack of numbers. Waiting for service whilst bar tender is delivering food we ended up leaving.no drinks .menu at the bar. Seemed inefficient.
