This dreamy home has been recently upgraded with new bedding on all the beds, a sideboard in the dining room with a large mirror and wine rack, and a new refrigerator and stove/oven. But wait, that's not it! Trees have been trimmed and some landscape changes have taken place in the backyard so there is more sun on the swimming pool. Enjoy the beautiful sights of Sedona's red rock landscape by day, and come home to plenty of space for everyone to spread out, a well-equipped kitchen where you can prepare meals, and a living room fireplace that provides the perfect setting as you watch a movie.

This home is wonderfully close to everything in the Village of Oak Creek. Take advantage of the countless activities that Sedona has to offer, including adventurous Pink Jeep Tours, hot air ballooning, and excellent wine tasting - all of which are available nearby. Take the provided bikes and go exploring, or choose a hiking trail to follow on a beautiful Arizona day.

THINGS TO KNOW
In order to operate vacation rentals within this city, we are required to provide a basic criminal background check for all guests. This requirement is for the safety and security of full-time residents and guests alike. To perform this check, we need a date of birth and a permanent address for the reservation holder.

Damage waiver: The total cost of your reservation for this Property includes a nightly damage waiver fee, plus tax if applicable (the “Damage Waiver”). (A discount may be applied for stays of 28 nights or longer, if permitted.) The Damage Waiver covers you for up to $3,000 of accidental damage to the Property or its contents (such as furniture, fixtures, and appliances) as long as you report the incident to the host prior to checking out. The Damage Waiver fee eliminates the need for a traditional security deposit.
