Beautiful cabin
The cabin is very spacious and was perfect for our group. There was ample parking. We loved the location as it was not in the busy part of Pigeon Forge. The only issue we had was two of the bedrooms were not ready. They did not have any bedding and we had to call the rental company three times before they brought us the sheets, pillow cases and blankets for those rooms. No apologies or compensation for their error. Items were not delivered until the next morning so our guests had to make do with just the comforter.

Mountain Top Getaway
We had a fun stay at this cabin. It was near the top of the mountain and we were able to take a short walk to enjoy the beautiful sunsets from the top. The view from the deck was nice, but faces north and does NOT overlook Mt Le Conte like many of the other cabins in Starr Crest. The cabin was very clean and had good WiFi. The beds were comfortable and the hot tub was relaxing. We enjoyed the Bluetooth speaker system, pool table and theatre seating as well. We were a little disappointed with the kitchen because the fridge was small and there were no cookie sheets, dish towels or pot holders. We had 10 people and cooked a lot, so I would recommend bringing those if you also intend to cook. There were also no wash cloths in the bathrooms and the patio doors did not have screens in them. I would note that we had 6 adults and 4 kids (8-13 years old). While we were comfortable with that group size, I think that 18 guests would be too many due to the amount of seating, fridge size, beds and bathrooms. Overall any negatives mentioned were minor inconveniences and we had a very enjoyable stay!

AC broke and lack of supplies
The air conditioning only worked in half the house. The ceiling fan in the main area didn’t work either. It got hot in one of the bedrooms and main eating/sitting area. The company said they would send someone out. I was never communicated with after they came. I called to check in and was told they were waiting for payment. Then I called the next day after no communication and still no air. They said the request had been closed out and was complete. Still no air in half the house. They then said they would send someone out on priority. They came and didn’t know the cause and said “well you leave tomorrow and it’s night time so it shouldn’t be too hot.” So our entire stay we had air conditioning in half the house. So half the guests were very uncomfortable when sleeping and all of us were uncomfortable in the main area. As for the bedding, there is only enough if we are sleeping on one of the beds. The couch beds, they give you a fitted sheet and a top sheet. Nothing else. So those of us in rooms with air were freezing because we turned it down to help compensate for those without air. Not enough towels and 1 washcloth per room. If the listing says 18 people it should have enough for that many. We only had 14 people and their was not enough The silverware is the same. There is 4 spoons. A few more forks and a bunch of knives. Not enough for the amount of people listed in the house. Has a grill but not utensils to grill. The cabin overall is nice but needs attention

Listening is misrepresented, pictures are misguiding
Listening is misrepresented, this house is too small to fit 18 people, and not equipped to cater for 18 people unless living in a barracks doesn’t bother you. Not enough towels, pots pans cups fridge is small. Pictures are misguiding , that large living room with pool table is squeezed together barely fits my party of eight. I usually put good reviews but this one was so disappointing, Not worth the money.
