We found a few negative reviews prior to our trip which had me a little worried. A previous trip without wifi had convinced me to never do that again. I had searched for houses with wifi, and found this house. In the negative reviews, it stated there was no wifi. I called and found out that this was in fact true. Turns out I had signal (which I rarely do when in that area) so I could hot spot my phone. There was a large gap under the front door, which allowed cold air to enter. I did call about this, and a follow up indicated a weather strip was ordered to be installed at a later time. While we had enough cookware, most pans were all scratched up because the cooking utensils were all metal, and the pans non stick. Not a big deal, we made it work. TV's in the cabin are satellite, no cable. They didn't work for most of our time there, despite having called to have it taken care of. Somebody did come out, but we were told that the owner had to take care of it, not the rental company. Eventually the living room tv worked, but all the others were still saying there was a problem with the dish. Not sure what the problem was, but we were very busy and didn't need much tv anyway. Floor was really dirty; we had a toddler and mopped with a mop we brought ourselves, it was pure black till we were done (not visible just to look at, took mopping to see how truly dirty it was). Random dirt on floor/under beds indicates mopping/vacuuming done is minimum. Towels were provided, but not enough wash clothes for the number of people it claims to sleep. I had 4 towels in my bathroom but only 2 washcloths. Kitchen didn't have kitchen towels, but instead a hand towel and washcloths. I guess if I used those washcloths in the bathrooms, I might have had enough, but then I wouldn't have had any in the kitchen. The railings are in need of some work, but there is a notice stating that they are decorative only, so I guess that covers in the event of a failure. Parking is fine for 3 cars, but the neighbors don't have great parking, so we came back one day to find their cars in our parking area. I never mentioned that to management, because we simply asked them to move, and it was near the end of our stay, so it wasn't a big deal. All in all, a little bit of effort in the home would have made our experience better, but we still enjoyed our stay (mostly because of other things, not the cabin itself).
