Told b4 check-in that it wasn't ready bcuz they were cleaning. Got inside and every dish was dirty. There were cobwebs on walls and dirt on floor. Numerous damages to the floor and woodwork. Bathroom floors cracking and caulk and grout was missing in several areas, including around the jacuzzi. Water leaked from the dishwasher. Water leaked from upstairs bathroom through to the pool table room. Hot tub never got over 95°. The carpet was matted, dirty, and bubbled. Several outlet covers were broken. Toaster didn't work properly but was the only thing maintenance did take care of by bringing us a new one. Only one pan to cook with. The power went out in our cabin and there wasnt a breaker panel in the house. When we called the day we arrived, they said maintenance would be right over and showed up the next day. Spoke to 3 people before getting to someone who could do something about our issues. Wouldnt even offer us anything (cash off or a new room) until maintenance came to "verify" my issues. Offered some cash back, which still hasnt been credited yet. Buyer beware. We drove all the way from WI and it was subpar, to say the least. I'd search for a different property manager/company as there are several to choose from in the Legacy Mountain property.
