“Personal muy amable y hotel muy bien cuidado. Jardines y piscinas muy limpias y poca aglomeración de gente. Importante tener en cuenta que es un resort muy grande en el que de una zona a otra se coge un bus lanzadera, no es un problema porque pasa continuamente cada 15 minutos. Es importante también revisar muy bien que la reserva esté muy bien hecha (dia/numero personas/categoría/tipo pension...) puesto que se aprovechan de cada error para cobrarte una fortuna. Lo recomiendo.”

“I don’t understand how this hotel gets such a high rating. The service is really bad and you get treated as cattle. Rooms are outdated about 20 years and Wi-Fi in the room costs US$5 per day. Everything is dirty and they have no heaters pools.”

"El personal muy amable. Buenas instalaciones y comida fantástica. MUCHO CUIDADO CON EL PERSONAL DEL MASAJE. A nivel personal muy mala experiencia con el personal de masaje y otros huéspedes igual. Ofrecen tarifas muy elevadas, el tiempo que te ofrecen de masajes es desfavorable y en el lugar del masaje NO CAMBIAN LAS TOALLAS DE LAS CAMAS AL TERMINAR LA SESIÓN. Tuve que coger 2 sesiones por obligación. Pero no es algo que recomendaría. Fuera de eso, TODO EL RESORT ES ENCANTADOR. El personal hace que todo sea fantástico. "
