When I walked in the room, it smelled amazingly clean! The beds were so comfortable and I had a perfect nights sleep.

Nice facility. We didn't get to slip into the pool, it was after hours. The fitness center was minimal but highly efficient. Breakfast was delicious!!! I personally liked the fact that the pillows were labeled "soft" and "firm".

I view all hotel stays as luxury vacations and try to find hotels that are 3+ stars. I stayed in Magee as I evacuated from Tallahassee during Irma and I was so incredibly pleased with the place. I am picky when it comes to hotel linens and bathrooms and everything at this location feels fresh and taken care of. I slept in the hotel linens, something I don't always do as I always pack my own, and the bathroom was updated. Super breakfast. I just wish they offered tea 24 hours instead of just...

Friendly, attentive staff and very clean hotel and rooms.

This is the cutest, most elegant place to stay you’ve never heard of. Tucked away on the edge of downtown Jackson. Large rooms with living space. Gorgeous outdoor space for drinks from the bar or the breakfast buffet. Or visit the rooftop to watch the sun go down. We will definitely be back.

Staff were wonderful, accommodating and friendly. Room was perfect. The breakfast was high quality and plentiful. The stations were replenished quickly. The lady running the counter took pride in her work and it showed. I was traveling by motorcycle and it rained hard that morning. They even offered towels to dry my bike.

I liked that I felt safe. I liked that while I didn't do any shopping or eating in the area, there were plenty of places that I could have gone. I loved that at the end of our evening swim (on a Friday night), we were able to see the baseball team's fireworks.

We went for our granddaughter's graduation from Jackson Medical School of dentistry. Her awards dinner was held at the Westin, and we stayed there for convenience. Our room was very comfortable and clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful.

Parking was limited. Otherwise everything was great

My husband and I travel A LOT. We absolutely loved the Residence Inn Pearl, Mississippi. We didn't expect much with the lower price range (all we ever ask for is clean and safe). This hotel was nicer than some upper four star hotels we've stayed in. I wish I got his name, but the gentleman who checked us in instantly become a friend. The staff were very friendly during my check-in and also when I checked out the next morning. The room was very comfy and inviting. The room service was excellent & speedy....... Not to mention the food was excellent as well as the wait staff. AAA+++ Rating from this Happy Camper!!!!!!

Room was very clean and large. Well lit...The room exceeded my expectations. Never stayed in a Hampton Hotel before. I was pleasantly surprised. Had no issues. There were many dining options across the street on a main drag across from hotel. Conveniently located right off the main interstate. No issues. Will book this hotel again

If you need to overnight in Jackson, don’t stay in Jackson but Brandon is more a family town /safer / Travel Inn is a good choice and not costly!
