“A week before my stay my adult son told me he could go along with me on the trip. I was excited and called to get a bigger room. It was literally hours after the ONE WEEK prior deadline and even though I called was unable to change the booking so I was forced to crowd into the one bed room with him. Not a huge deal but also not ideal. This is why I rarely book via these apps. They don’t have any flexibility and it is really frustrating. ”
