“I was disappointed that the room did not have a phone. I had questions and had to go down to the front desk. We got in the room and temp was good. We go to bed and we wake up 2 hrs freezing, so bad that I had the shakes. The beds didn’t have a blanket or comforter. I turn the air off and was to tired after driving 7 hrs to get there and I wasn’t able to go to front desk and get a blanket and ask why there isn’t a spare blanket in the closet.I would have called for on if I had a phone. “They pay a lot of attention to cleanliness, the housekeeping staff does a very good job. Amenities are very basic but sufficient, the free breakfast was improved to add toaster waffles but there is no protein (but there a Waffle House only steps away). Convenient location to I-10 and to the Slidell Old Town and city center (7-8 minutes away). Good value for the price.”

“There was a party that was somehow permitted to happen downstairs where two rooms were booked and many people showed up with tables. I had to book a room upstairs on the other side of the building to avoid the noise.
The room was cleaned but had a cheap chemical smell to it like bleach.”
