A pleasant return visit with a surprise upgrade to the Penthouse suite! #VerySuiteIndeed!🤗
The property is clean, well maintained, and the staff were wonderful! It is also in the middle of everything so great location.
Very authentic, French Quarter beauty, I would recommend this to a friend
Only thing it lacks is room service. Other than that, everything exceeded our expectations. Fourth floor rooms are gorgeous.
I enjoyed staying at this hotel. it was great and I liked it. Can't wait to go back
Characterfull, historic Hotel, right in the French Quarter. Staff very helpfull and friendly.
CLEAN AND friendly, the cable TV was out one day. Otherwise convenient to most places; walking distance to French Quarters, River boats and downtown. Clean bathrooms and rooms.
This is a great location. A few blocks from the Bourbon St, near the Casino, a few blocks from the trolley and not far from the water. Just a an all around great location. The staff was great. We were upgraded, they found out we were in town for my birthday and when we returned to our room there ...
Modern and chic hotel.Very clean!Soundproofing could be an issue but we were lucky.Excellent location for walking to restaurants and attractions.A gem!
Very friendly staff. All were pleasant and accommodating.
Was a nice hotel, able to walk anywhere. The breakfast could seriously use an overhaul, needs variety and more hot options. Staff was awesome. Room was very clean and comfortable.
The team that works at this property want to ensure you have a good time. Erin was an integral part of the welcoming committee. We came in one night out of the rain and we were met with a welcoming smile and towels to dry off.
Great location, easy to walk anywhere. Really nice staff. Charming room with a comfy bed.
The front desk person was terrific. Parts of room were a little worse for wear but overall nice. Disappointed that the coffee in room was a Mr. Coffee machine with packets of Starbucks and powdered non-dairy creamer. Ugh.
Loved the people, especially the guy at the front door
Awesome private location. Beautiful setting; the pool is beautiful but cold.
Great breakfasts, host is very knowledgeable about New Orleans.
Private haven with charm and attentive staff. Walk to French Quarter attractions. Historical atmosphere with modern comforts.
