The hotel is updated, modern very clean. Our room was specious, but lacked a few comforts that most hotels offer such as a coffee maker and comfortable chairs to use while relaxing in the room. The room was more than big enough to add a couch or comfortable chair. All they have is a metal uncomfortable office style seat. No coffee in the room or microwave which for me brings my rating down. I do not want to have to get dressed and make my way to the lobby for my first cup of coffee! Staff...

Most of the staff was very friendly and treated us like we were very special to them. One middle-aged woman working the breakfast area was a bit terse. She was not friendly at all.

The hotel staff at this hotel is outstanding! We've stayed at other Staybridge Suites and the staff has always been great. It was a pleasure to witness first-hand the polite young man that was working the breakfast buffet. He was extremely attentive to the food supply, cleanliness of the eating area, and answered any questions that were asked by myself, and others throughout the morning. He had a positive attitude and you could tell that he truly enjoyed his job. There was a nice variety of food...

Amazing. Our annual girls getaway weekend at Destiny, my daughter and I enjoyed every minute. Far safer than in the past, there seems to be more security measures and hopefully, more watching of the parking lot (we’d had our vehicle broken into among several others a while ago but the hotel staff was super supportive). We had a lovely time this long weekend- from checkin to all the housekeeping folks, it was great. Thanks and we look forward to next time.

The lady at the front desk was extremely courteous, found a bird that flew into the window and died. We are animal lovers and she was also, she said she would take the bird home and bury it. Anyone else would have thrown it into the garbage which would extremely make me mad. I am glad that there are still some great people in the world and you have one working for you. We were traveling very late and found this hotel on Expedia. Called the front desk to let them know we would be arriving later and Katie was so sweet! She put us at ease that we would be able to check in later with no problems. Front desk clerk got us checked in quickly and was very kind. Room was clean and the beds were comfortable. Breakfast was great and staff were monitoring area to clean and refill food as it was taken.

Everything was perfect. No complaints. Would definitely stay here again!! Love how close the hotel is to the mall.

Great place to stay with friendly staff!

The room and bathroom were spotless and spacious. The bed was super comfortable. Keurig provided in room and 24 hr hot coffee/tea bar in the lobby, which was also super clean. Did not wake up in time for breakfast so unsure what is served but it is included. All the staff were so nice and welcoming - especially the night desk attendant! The area felt safe and is a very convenient location. The only thing that could be annoying for some is the traffic sounds as it's near the Thruway and Airport,...

Staff extremely friendly and super efficient and helpful. The room is absolutely huge and clean and amazing. Was able to park my car and walk everywhere I needed to be in the city. The free breakfast was a huge perk, with tons of options of hot foods, fruit and snacks! I would definitely recommend and would definitely stay here again!

Big suite with all the comforts. Perfect location and price. Very good breakfast.
