“Every staff member with whom I interacted was friendly, polite and helpful. The room was quite large and very clean, with comfortable beds and a great selection of pillows, but a room that size could have used two chairs and a larger shelf between the beds. The wall art was small and nondescript, but the blackout shade was the best I've ever seen in a hotel room. The bathroom was well designed, but it was designated as accessible yet there was no safety bar next to the toilet and I had to……
