“This property is fabulous and it's on top of a little hill which overlooks BoothBay. Totally renovated. Super cute inside. Has a small living room with a small bar for Happy Hour . Website said breakfast included. Well, I just the a continental...nope...they had a chef which cooked ills a fabulous breakfast. Award winning! Definitely would stay here again but ask for a room in the actual house. Our room was located in adjacent to the house which was still nice but probably nicier if you……

“We enjoyed our one night stay on our way up the coast. The hotel was easy to find and was a convenient proximity to town. We had a comfortable bed and the facility was quiet so we could get a good night’s rest. We did not take advantage of any of the amenities so cannot comment on those, but would definitely stay again.”

“Our only complaint is that on Tuesday morning there was no place nearby to get breakfast. The hotel had good coffee, but nothing else. There is a restaurant close by but its not open on Tuesdays. We asked the front desk about breakfast and all he said was we'll probably find something open in Damariscotta, way back by Route 1. The hotel could have supplied bagels, donuts, etc. on Tuesdays knowing the restaurant nearby was closed. We did find a diner on our way to Damariscotta but it was……

“Not as advertised; teeny. The photos made it look spacious. The front yard was being raked and seeded for grass when we arrived so there were broken branches on our path. The deck, table and chairs had not been cleaned and we're dirty and covered with leaf litter. The room had no comfy chair, only a floor lamp with a bare bulb. No hooks for hanging anything and no coat hangers. We left to find another place to stay and have been promised a refund that has not come through. Very disappointed!”
