“Family room didn't match the pictures on the website. The bunk bed was incredibly unstable that we couldn't allow our child or anyone else to sleep up there. I can only presume the hotel are upgrading this room at a later time?. Unfortunately wasn't a pleasant stay due to someone having a domestic argument in the corridor and the condition of the walls meant we heard everything in the corridor and the room next door. Room clearly on the hotels to-do list.”

“This hotel was sufficient for our use we came in on a late flight and needed something close to the airport. They were very responsive when I wrote with questions. Helpful staff, clean rooms. ”

“We recently stayed at The Beacon Hotel, Cardiff. As a 3-star hotel, it’s fairly basic and not the most modern or spotless, but it was adequate for a short stay. The location is convenient for getting around Cardiff, and the room had the essentials we needed. Breakfast was enjoyable, with a decent selection to start the day. “Didn't think much staff were not very helpful l, carpet innthe room was not only dirty but a massive crease running down last the middle, doors kept slamming shut all night which kept me awake. Bed was ok and shops were close by”

“During our family trip, we stayed at Premier Inns in Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Cardiff, and the one on Queen Street in Cardiff was by far the best! The room was spacious, the breakfast was prepared with great care, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that the partnered parking lot was a bit hard to find and not very close. Still, my kids and I liked this one the most!”

“外觀亮麗, 內裡未及水準. 服務其實不錯, 員工陽光熱情友善, 水煲有銹漬, 立即更換, 可惜仍不算乾淨, 清洗後可用. 房間有設計感, 很漂亮, 但並不舒適, 搖搖椅玩玩可以, 休息不可. 床槈極盡之軟, 基本上整個人下䧟, 轉身也很費力, 睡一小時可以, 睡一晚起床必背痛. 早餐優秀, 除一般應有的, 還可另點pancake 及 Avocado on Toast 等, 非常高質. ”
