“Cheap and cheerful for a one night stay. A few faults. Booking family rooms up 2 and a half flights of narrow stairs, windows in both rooms were faulty doesnt shut or a shash window with no lock or safety guard on a 2nd floor. Advertised lift which doesnt go to all floor, no bistro for food, bar very limited, parking extremely tight and very limited for the size of the hotel. ”

“This hotel was sufficient for our use we came in on a late flight and needed something close to the airport. They were very responsive when I wrote with questions. Helpful staff, clean rooms. ”

“The Room was clean and tidy but the whole property is looking tired and in desperate need of being modernised. The staff were very friendly and helpful and the breakfast was OK. There was a bar but the beer taps had a black bin bag thrown over them which did not look good. Walls to the rooms were thin so you could hear those in the adjoining rooms. Adequate parking if you are used to slopes!”

“Only stayed there one night so can’t really comment on the amenities as I didn’t use them. I was staying on the 21st floor which in itself wasn’t an issue but when you get back from a night out and large party of people are waiting for the lifts of which there are 2 it took a good 10 minutes or so to get to my room. I put this down to bad timing. The following morning I called the lift. It came up to the 20th floor then went back down again so I effectively had to wait for the other lift and……

“During our family trip, we stayed at Premier Inns in Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Cardiff, and the one on Queen Street in Cardiff was by far the best! The room was spacious, the breakfast was prepared with great care, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that the partnered parking lot was a bit hard to find and not very close. Still, my kids and I liked this one the most!”

“外觀亮麗, 內裡未及水準. 服務其實不錯, 員工陽光熱情友善, 水煲有銹漬, 立即更換, 可惜仍不算乾淨, 清洗後可用. 房間有設計感, 很漂亮, 但並不舒適, 搖搖椅玩玩可以, 休息不可. 床槈極盡之軟, 基本上整個人下䧟, 轉身也很費力, 睡一小時可以, 睡一晚起床必背痛. 早餐優秀, 除一般應有的, 還可另點pancake 及 Avocado on Toast 等, 非常高質. ”
