“Friendly staff nice size room ”

“The room was very clean and the staff were all very helpful and friendly. Would definitely stay again! ”

“Light above bathroom mirror did not work. Beds were very comfortable. Clean budget hotel close to airport. Full breakfast not available on a Monday and the continental breakfast was spartan. Close to airport.”

“I checked into this hotel and I was informed they were going through a changing phase and everything was a mess. Subsequently I paid for an executive room but was given a standard room, only after complaining I was given the room I pre paid for. The staff on the reception and bar staff were all very uninterested to show any kind of service. The breakfast was cold and boring. The hotel and rooms need some updating and DIY. A very sub standard hotel, I will not book again with them.”

“During our family trip, we stayed at Premier Inns in Edinburgh, Birmingham, and Cardiff, and the one on Queen Street in Cardiff was by far the best! The room was spacious, the breakfast was prepared with great care, and the location was excellent. The only downside was that the partnered parking lot was a bit hard to find and not very close. Still, my kids and I liked this one the most!”

“外觀亮麗, 內裡未及水準. 服務其實不錯, 員工陽光熱情友善, 水煲有銹漬, 立即更換, 可惜仍不算乾淨, 清洗後可用. 房間有設計感, 很漂亮, 但並不舒適, 搖搖椅玩玩可以, 休息不可. 床槈極盡之軟, 基本上整個人下䧟, 轉身也很費力, 睡一小時可以, 睡一晚起床必背痛. 早餐優秀, 除一般應有的, 還可另點pancake 及 Avocado on Toast 等, 非常高質. ”
