"Hotel needs to be refurbished...appears dingy...morgan at front desk was EXCEPTIONAL!! Helped me with so many things.....shuttle driver this am did not put ANYONES baggage in the van..we all did our own, loading and unloading..he was an older gentlemen and i could see why he did not want to help out BUT if thats a hotel amenity maybe he should have a different job."
