“Overall, we had a good stay! The host seemed very nice; we appreciated the greeting card, cute decorations, and easy check out process. Some quirks to take note of include some minimal spots of seemingly unfinished renovations, multiple bugs encounters, poor A/C in one bedroom, some missing kitchen essentials (salt & pepper, baking sheet), and the bathroom light switch was located outside in the hallway. “Great place to stay for a large group. There were eight of us and plenty of room for us to spread out across the three floors and 4 bedrooms. Having four bathrooms was really the absolute best! “The parking was inconvenient, location was unsafe (homeless fighting and throwing objects right in front), stains on all walls through the whole house including beds, food left in microwave, master bed room door was broken, cigarettes left all over the front lawn, hair all over bed sheets and floor, rooms smelled horrible, dishwasher was broken and had an odor, and didn’t get our promised already paid for parking.”

“Great overall stay. Only stayed for one night. Traveling from Texas. Flexible on the check in. Easy to communicate. Would return! ”

“Check in was easy. Every room was clean. Large garage for parking. Bedrooms on every floor offers separation for guests. The house looks just like the pictures. 2 balconies, 1 in the living room and one in the top level master bedroom. Small outdoor seating would be nice. FYI: The other resident in the complex does not close the driveway gate. They leave it open. ”

“When I registered they asked me for a 20 dollar deposit and they did not give me a receipt for it. I thought they wouldn't return them to me but fortunately they did return them to me. I entered the room and there were used glasses on the table. And at night when I was going to sleep I lifted the sheets and there was hair and they were stained dirty. It was disgusting I have pictures. ”
