“This place was very nice and spacious! The pool was huge and very close and they have little courtyard sitting places right by this condo. My only three negatives are the couch, which looked like it was about to lose a spring and was very uncomfortable; there were only two drinking glasses but lots of coffee cups, plates, bowls, etc.; and the upstairs neighbors who were literally stomping around and moving what sounded like boulders around their place.”

“Very clean property. Exterior, lobby and room were fresh smelling and tidy. As with most hotels, noise was a factor. I could hear televisions throughout the night along with doors slamming. I don’t believe there is much sound proofing between rooms and the hallway. Outside of the noise, the refrigerator stayed nice and cool and the AC was cold.”

“Made a quick trip to Phoenix, the condo was in a great neighborhood, and very convenient to the freeway, Biltmore, Arcadia, Scottsdale and Downtown.The beds were comfy and we easily slept 4. Provided crates, and food and water dishes for dogs. Very clean. Check in and check out could not have been easier, and Will, the host was great. ”

“The property was great and the host was very quick to respond when needing certain questions answered. Room was super clean when we walked in. Only 1 bugaboo I had was: we had to find parking somewhere else rather than on the property itself. I understand that parking is for paying customers who live at that place, however, if people are paying to stay there, they should have access to the parking spot corresponding to the room. Some of the surrounding properties have not been kept up although it appears that there's an effort being made in the neighborhood to change things around. The property met our needs for the purpose of attending a Dodgers game at nearby Chase Field.
