“We had non stop issues including no ac 7 repair calls in 4 days. The last 30 hours we had to just give up. They offered to move us at 5 pm on the last day which since the h would only live the 1 room not adjoining and because it was like 1; hours till we would check out we declined. On checkout wanted to make sure all items recorded and the gal Jocelyn was very dismissive and said it’s all there without me being able to review. So here was issues - ac - non working, (116 degree temps in Az)……

“The apartment was exactly as described. Great location, close to many downtown attractions and food options. Everything we needed was supplied, such as plenty of towels, bedding, shampoo and conditioner, dish soap and sponge, and extra trash bags.
